As a lot of you know within General Aviation, safety is paramount, and there is one particular organisations in the UK that provide great News, updates and safety related materials to all GA Aviators. We are of course talking about GASCo, the General Aviation Safety Council.
Already heard of them? Have you ever enjoyed one of their Safety Evenings, Seminars, Pre-Flight Challenges or even just read the free Flight Safety Extra e-newsletter. Let us know in the comments below or on social media how you make use of what GASCo has to offer.
For those that haven’t, the General Aviation Safety Council is a registered charity with the sole aim of saving lives in General Aviation through education and relies upon donations and subscriptions from its magazine. GASCo much like the GA Community is growing exponentially, with the future of GA looking to serve the starving need for more and more airline pilots. GASCo truly are a vital flight safety organisation from which we all benefit. And with that, we are proud to say that The Royal Air Force Flying Clubs’ Association is a long time subscriber which and all RAFFCA Clubs are provided with their magazines.
To continue providing these useful magazines and information they, need your continued support.
Please help the charity by subscribing to their Flight Safety Magazine either for paper copies or apazines via the following links:
Paper copies of the magazine are £16/yr to the UK and £20/yr to the EU
Even better still, you can get a great e-copy “apazine” that is only £1.99 per copy or £6.99 for a whole year and can join the rest of your Electronic Flight Bag Apps such as Sky Demon, Garmin Pilot etc.
